What to expect during your Crystal Healing Session:
The duration of a treatment session is approximately 1 hour, if it is your first time it may take a little longer. This modality is very gentle, individual and intuitively guided. Experiences during the session vary from person to person such as seeing colours, images, warmth and tingling in the body the feeling of floating or being light/weightless and some people just feel at peace.
About the Session:
After completing a crystal healing session, I hope you will feel re-energised, feel relaxed and have more clarity. When you are balanced and open you are more likely to understand who you are, why you chose this life-time and how to fully embrace your Soul potential here on earth. It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing so you can fully relax during the session.
Step 1
Prior to the commencement of your session we will have a brief discussion as to what you have been experiencing physically, emotionally and spiritually and what your healing intentions are. This is when you lie down and allow your body to receive the energy as we begin your healing experience. I always ask permission of your higher self and ask the assistance of 100% pure light spirit to assist during your session.
Step 2
I start by using a pendulum to ascertain the balance/imbalance of your chakras. Specific crystals, each having a unique vibrational resonance are used and chosen intuitively with their placement depending on where an imbalance or blockage originates, being on or around the body.
I will also use visualisation, a crystal wand and Angelic assistance to amplify the healing process as this enables the self to balance, clear, remove and release any blockages or negative energy within the body, thereby assisting healing on all levels. During your session you may feel heat or tingling, some see colours and many feel nothing at all but a deep sense of peace, love and wellbeing.
Step 3
After this we will focus on each chakra with the intention of healing, energising and balancing. I may also use some guided visualisation techniques. To further amplify the process I use either a crystal pendulum or a crystal wand to enhance the positive energy. Once the treatment is completed and I have removed the crystals we have a debrief about your experience where I will go through where your blockages were and any other
. It is essentially a beautiful, gently nurturing experience. Each healing experience is unique to the individual and I intend that the healing gently continues over that week after the treatment.his will be documented on a chart. I will then discuss my findings with you this includes a brief description of the quality of the chakras, their functions and a discussion why a particular chakra may be out of balance
